The first document that refers to Boveglio dates back to 757 AD. The town is surrounded by walls and has a very rich artistic heritage, dominated by the imposing clock tower, which was also the medieval tower for spotting the enemy armies. The country's current economy is based on agriculture to the chestnut harvest, where the flour is excellent, and the development of quality tourism.
Casasottolatorre Casa Terra seems to be made by an artist with a magical paint brush, where everything has found its rightful place.
